Tariff - All Orders to a UK Address - £3.95
All orders are dispatched by Next Working Day Courier service / Special Delivery Next Working Day Service - UK Mainland Only. This does not necessarily mean your order will arrive the day after you order it. Your order will arrive on the next working day (Monday to Friday) after your order has been dispatched. You will be sent an email to notify you once your order has been shipped so you will now that you can expect to receive your order on the next working day.
If you need your order for a guaranteed delivery the next day, ring us on 0800 13 13 951 so we can check the item is available and take your order over the phone. Guaranteed next day orders must be placed by 2.00pm and must be placed by phone. Please state you require the goods next day when placing the order. There is no extra charge for this, it is purely dependant on stock availabilty
If for whatever reason we are unable to offer the items you have ordered within a timely manner we will contact you.
If you have a special delivery requirement, i.e. Saturday deliveries or next day before lunch on a weekday this can be arranged (subject to stock availability). Please place your order through the sales office on 0800 13 13 951 and we will let you know how much it will cost.
It is very important you specify a delivery address where a signature can be obtained by the delivery driver. Deliveries are normally made between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm but at busy times may be made outside these hours. We can arrange delivery to an address other than your home address, so feel free to put down a work address, a neighbours or a relatives address as your delivery address, so a signature can be obtained. Full tracking information can be requested.
You may request that your delivery be left without a signature if a safe place is available for the package to be left. Please note we can not provide proof of delivery information on items left without a signature.
Orders will be delivered within 5 working days unless we notify you otherwise.
European Delivery - £9.99
We use Royal Mail International Signed For postal service for our international delivery service. Goods are normally delivered within a maximum of 10 working days from the date you placed your order, but this is not guaranteed and is dependent on your delivery destination. Some items are not available for international delivery, if this is the case for an item you have ordered we will contact you.

Due to restrictions placed upon us by our couriers, we are currently unable to offer a next day delivery service to our offshore UK customers.
Rest of the world orders - £19.99
Please note we do not deliver to every country and reserve the right to cancel any order. We will notify you of this should it occur and no money will be taken from your account
